At present,China has become the country with the largest number of tunnel projects,the largest scale.As an important part of tunnel construction,tunnel lighting plays an important role in the daily operation of the tunnel.However,there are many problems in the domestic tunnel lighting system,such as unreasonable selection of lighting lamps,unreasonable design of lighting system structures,and unadvanced lighting control systems,which result in a large amount of unnecessary waste of electric energy.Thus highway operators have huge economic pressure and energy conservation and emission reduction burden.Therefore,it has become an urgent problem to reduce the energy consumption of tunnel lighting system while ensuring the safety of tunnel driving.Therefore,reducing the energy consumption of the tunnel lighting system while ensuring the safety of tunnel driving has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the lighting system in the middle section of Fengdian Tunnel on Chengnan highway,this thesis mainly optimizes the existing tunnel lighting system from two aspects:the lighting installation model and the intelligent lighting control system.Reducing the energy consumption of the whole lighting system is to achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.This thesis first introduces some basic concepts,calculation formulas and corresponding design standards involved in tunnel lighting.Then,this thesis takes the total power of the central lighting arrangement in the middle of the tunnel as the optimization objective,and takes the installation height of the lamps,the power of a single lamp and the installation spacing as the optimization parameters,and establishes a nonlinear programming optimization model for the lighting arrangement parameters.Then,based on the nonlinear programming optimization model,this thesis proposes an improved optimization scheme for the interior lighting system of the tunnel by making full use of the luminous flux of the lamps to further optimize the arrangement parameters.Taking the lighting system of Fengdian tunnel on Chengnan Expressway in Chengdu as an example,the simulation experiments are carried out.The simulation results of MATLAB and DIALux verify the effectiveness of the scheme.The scheme aims to minimize the total power consumption of the lighting system by reducing the number of lamps installed,thus achieving the purpose of energy saving and saving the total cost of the project.And the energy-saving effect of the tunnel lighting system is closely related to the control algorithm of the lighting control system.In order to realize the adaptive change of tunnel lighting system,avoid excessive lighting,so as to achieve the effect of energy saving,this thesis uses the traditional PID control,fuzzy control and fuzzy PID(Proportional Integral Derivative)control to achieve the controller design of the lighting system,and finally through the simulation results obtained the conclusion that the fuzzy PID control can combine the advantages of the two algorithms and is more suitable for tunnel lighting systems.
