In recent years,the protection and utilization of industrial heritage have been widely concerned by all levels of government and people,however,the rural industrial heritage in remote mountainous areas has not received due attention for a variety of reasons.Some rural industrial heritage is facing the danger of being destroyed and disappearing with the advancement of the new rural construction.Therefore,the research on the protection and reuse of rural industrial heritage as soon as possible,and the corresponding strategies of protection and reuse,in-time rescue for endangered rural industrial heritage and maximizing the role of rural industrial heritage have certain practical significance.Based on the literature review and concept definition,taking 3536 factory in Shehong County as an example,the essay collects relevant data and materials through the approaches of status observation,resident visit,department consultation,questionnaire survey.With the method of analytic hierarchy process,the essay selects factor,constructs factor systems,determines the weight of evaluation factor,and constructs the value evaluation system of rural industrial heritage,to evaluate the rural industrial heritage of 3536 factories,and expound how to excavate the core value of rural industrial heritage.Then,based on the analysis of two typical cases of industrial heritage protection and utilization,the essay puts forward the principles,strategies and development models of the protection and utilization of rural industrial heritage.The conclusions of the thesis are as follows: through the historical development of the rural industrial heritage,the principles of the protection and reuse of industrial heritage in rural areas get clear: the overall principle that heritage protection be suitable for rural construction heritage protection,the principle of reservation and utilization by classifications,the principle of the combination of protection and utilization,and so on.The strategies for protection and reuse are proposed: following the regulations of the rural development and exploring the matching point between the rural industrial relics and the rural renewal;excavating the cultural value of the rural industrial relics and establishing the protection system of the industrial relics in the countryside;completing the protection mechanism and carrying out the census of the rural industrial relics;optimizing the means of protection and realizing synchronous development of protection and coordination.Based on the relative principles and strategies of protection and reuse,the protection framework of rural industrial heritage in remote mountainous regions has been established.According to the established protection framework,the thesis determines the value realization methods with the core of function conversion,reconstruction and extension,spatial reorganization,streamline organization and the integration of new and old,chooses the representative 3536 factory to carry on the practice research of reservation renovation and function value reconstruction,and finally brings forward the value reproduction of 3536 factory's rural industrial heritage,demonstrates the management mode of the protection and reuse of rural industrial heritage,and formulates corresponding implementation mechanism and safeguard measures.
