At present,when HVAC designers are designing air conditioning systems for civil buildings,the air purification design is generally not calculated and checked,so the quality of indoor air can not meet the requirements of health standards.For the centralized new wind processing system for its indoor PM2.5 control method,the current research status remains in the theoretical method,the lack of the actual operation of the system test data,and there is no actual operation effect test.Aiming at this problem,the following researches are carried out in this paper.First,the design and calculation method of indoor PM2.5 pollution control is introduced,as well as the principle of electrostatic precipitator and the factors affecting the efficiency of dust removal.Secondly,the indoor and outdoor data from May 2017 to December 2017 were monitored through the centralized new wind turbine set in a building in Beijing city.The relationship between indoor PM2.5 concentration and outdoor PM2.5 concentration,outdoor temperature and outdoor humidity was analyzed,and the two level concentration limit of indoor PM2.5 concentration exceeded "environmental air quality standard"(2012)was further analyzed.The reason for the value of 75ug/m3.Finally,using the FLUENT software to establish the model through the measured data,the critical value of the outdoor PM2.5 concentration at the concentration limit(75ug/m3)of the new air unit in the building is just reached to the concentration limit(75ug/m3),and the number of PM2.5 pollution control days is not guaranteed in 2017.The critical value of outdoor PM2.5 concentration at the time limit(75ug/m3)of the indoor PM2.5 concentration corresponding to each working condition is calculated,and the corresponding control measures are put forward.In this paper,the design idea of "not ensuring the number of days" is the focus of the study.The feasibility of the design method of the centralized new wind PM2.5 processing system is investigated by using the measured data and the numerical simulation method,and the suggestions for the design of the indoor PM2.5 pollution control are provided.
