As the expectations of life quality getting higher and higher,environmental problems,especially air pollution problems have drawn more and more attention these days.Since the sources of pollution could not be controlled easily,the improvement of indoor air quality has become an urgent need.Thus,the technology of indoor air-cleaning developed very quickly.This paper studied and designed an air purifier which combines several air-cleaning method.The outcome was very effective.The air purifier that this paper designed is based on STC single-chip microcontroller and uses HEPA filter,formaldehyde filter,electrostatic precipitators to achieve indoor air purification.It also uses PM2.5 sensor GP2Y1010AU0F,temperature and humidity sensors DHT11 to monitor the air quality.This paper focuses on electrostatic precipitator,high voltage DC power supply and the control system.Existing products and relevant literature are referenced in order to make a more effective air purifier.A high voltage DC power supply was made to match the electrostatic precipitator.Control system is based on one STC single-chip microcontroller with the assistant of sensors,relays,fans,LCD displays.This paper has given the circuit diagram of the equipment mentioned above.Bluetooth devices was also applied in the air purifier,which allows user to control remotely.Corresponding software was also demonstrated in the following chapters.The air purifier has several working modes:fast mode allows user to finish the indoor air purification quickly,while sleep mode means low noise operation.During the tests,the air purifier was functioning properly and collected data accurately.The high voltage DC power supply worked very stable as well.The air purifier is easy to operate,effective and low-cost. |
