With the rapid development of automotive electronics technology,LCD instruments have become more and more widely used.The full LCD instrument is a networked,intelligent instrument,with rich display content and complex control strategy.Therefore,the development process involves a large number of complex test verification.At present,there are problems such as single detection means and long detection period in the process of LCD instrument development.This research has developed a brand-new test system that can fully meet the test requirements of LCD instruments in the R&D phase.The instrument test system consists of three parts: the development of the upper computer operation interface,mainly using the WIN32 platform to build a rich operating interface to achieve the configuration of test information input;data communication between the host computer and the electronic control unit,combined with CAN analyzer and FT232 serial protocol implementation CAN data and script data information transmission;lower electrical and mechanical control unit module,providing the instrument's power supply voltage and various signal sources of the instrument.The real vehicle data analysis module of this paper mainly includes test data extraction and data modeling analysis.The data extraction module collects raw data through the CAN analyzer,uses VS programming to formulate different CAN analysis algorithms for different CAN protocols,and the data modeling module uses MATLAB to realize the simulation of the cruising range control strategy and optimizes the instrument control strategy.Through the test of the system's own function tests and the test results of various instruments,this test system has good practicality and versatility,and can greatly shorten the cycle of research and development and testing of automotive LCD instruments.
