In recent years,our automobile market has entered a high-speed growth period,with customers' requirements for vehicle quality increasing day by day.Vehicle quality has become an important factor influencing automobile sales.Large automobile manufacturing enterprises have begun to focus on vehicle after-sale quality problems and introduced relevant quality management systems for the vehicle quality information feedback.However,medium and small-sized manufacturing enterprises are still at the stage of reflecting the business process with IT systems.In the whole vehicle life cycle,the flow of vehicle data is still from pre-sales to sales to after-sales,and there is no closed loop of feedback information from the vehicle driving stage to the r&d(research and development)and design stage.A large amount of business data is accumulated but not utilized.For improving the quality of the vehicle,digging the potential value of historical business data,this thesis studies and realizes the vehicle fault business data analysis system combining with the actual requirements of the prototype enterprise.This thesis studies the operation mode of the cooperation platform of automobile industry chain which is supporting the prototype enterprise,and summarizes the problems existing in the after-sales service business of the enterprise.Based on the repair business failure data of prototype enterprise after-sale service system and relevant data of collaborative systems,this thesis analyses six models of prototype enterprise vehicles multi-dimensionally,and then designs and develops the functions of analysis of the factors that affect vehicle failure,failure analysis report,failure file query and failure parts forecasting of quantity.By analyzing the external factors influencing vehicle quality,this thesis has mastered the rules of vehicle failure,formed the vehicle failure analysis report,and assisted the decision-making level of the enterprise.And the r&d and design personnel have made targeted improvements to the vehicle quality according to the fault conditions in the actual driving process of the vehicle.At the same time,based on the analysis results of fault influencing factors and in combination with ?-SVR,this thesis established the quantity prediction model of automobile fault parts to form the predictive spare parts mechanism of after-sales maintenance,so as to reduce the rate of missing parts in after-sales maintenance and improve the service quality.Combined with the data visualization technology,this thesis develops and realizes the system with the three-layer architecture of B/S and ASP.Net,and integrates the system into the industry chain cooperation platform successfully,providing a way of information closedloop feedback and data appreciation for medium and small-sized automobile manufacturers.
