As the important node of the Ancient West Peking Path,Moshikou takes possession of unique cultural deposits and abundant cultural memory.Longxing Street,Tuoling Ancient Road,Fahai Temple,Cheng En Temple,and Tian Yi Tomb are important material carriers that carry traditional models of heavy culture.However,in the process of rapid urbanization today,the historical and cultural values of the model district are gradually annihilation,and its cultural memory and inheritance characteristics are in jeopardy.Although Moshikou has the above-mentioned important historical and cultural values and heritage values,due to the lack of effective protection in recent years,a historic cultural district with profound cultural heritage has become dirty,disorderly,and poor,and has become a migrant worker renting houses.The preferred place.In 2002,Moshikou was designated as a historical and cultural street.At the same time,a related version of the plan was developed,in which the scope of its protected areas was determined,including the distribution of historical and cultural relics,land use planning,road reconstruction,and analysis of surrounding environmental landscapes.Although there are more detailed plans,due to the lack of effective implementation and supervision strategies,this protection plan has not been implemented.In 2016,the Beijing Municipal Planning and Land and Resources Management Commission cooperated with the Beijing Urban Planning and Design Institute and the Tsinghua Tongheng Planning and Design Institute and other teams to renovate and update the Moshikou historical and cultural block,and renovate the cultural relics,features,and infrastructure.Problems such as the promotion of the environment and the promotion of the gradual updating and development of historical and cultural protected areas.At present,Moshikou is still in the process of updating.Only the model street and a number of relatively large street and lane building facades and infrastructures have been remodeled,while the internal residential buildings,street and lane environments,and infrastructure have not yet been transformed.This paper is based on field surveys of historical districts in the mode and mouth.The research is divided into two phases.The first phase focuses on the original status of the unupdated districts of Moshikou before 2016,systematically summarizes the surrounding traffic conditions,historical resource distribution,and construction.Features such as scenery features,customs and cultural features are used as the basis for the study.The second stage is for the period from 2016 to March 2018.During this period,an in-depth study of local land remodeling is conducted and evaluations are made on the basis.Based on the problems and deficiencies still existing after the renewal,the overall thinking and planning plan for the transformation of Moshikou is proposed,and it is hoped that it will provide reference for the continuous updating of Moshikou. |
