With the acceleration of urbanization,the increase in the ratio of rigid paving areas and changes in the global climate,water environmental problems of towns have become increasingly severe.At the same time,the government vigorously promoted the development and construction of characteristic towns,and led the construction of small towns nationwide.The concept of ecological resilience refers to the consideration of future uncertainties in landscape design,so that the landscape can meet the changing needs of society,the environment,and human behavior.It is committed to the creation of ecologically sustainable landscapes in order to achieve harmony between man and nature.Rainwater is an important component of town water circulation system.In the era of urban water shortages,water pollution,and frequent waterlogging problems,how to introduce the concept of ecological resilience and construct the characteristic town landscape construction system based on the adaptability of rainwater under the perspective of ecological resilience has become the starting point of this study.Firstly,this paper makes a conceptual analysis and relevant concepts of the characteristic town,ecological resilience,rainwater adaptability,etc.,and traces the formation and development process of the ecological resilience theory.Through the analysis of ecological resilience theory,the theoretical principles of adaptive landscape of rainwater based on the perspective of ecological resilience are summarized.And rain adaptive landscape is defined by artificial type and natural type.Then,through the analysis of the basic functions of the characteristic town,the dissertation constructs the ideal model of the characteristic town,and puts forward the framework of the landscape construction of towns with adaptability of rainwater based on ecological resilience.Then,a multi-scale construction model of adaptive rainwater landscape based on the perspective of ecological resilience was discussed from the perspective of primary small scale rainwater adaptability landscape,intermediate mesoscale rainwater adaptability landscape,and advanced large scale rainwater adaptability landscape.Meanwhile,the paper proposes a multi-scale connectivity construction strategy for adaptive rainwater landscape based on the perspective of ecological resilience.Finally,taking the Jialian characteristic town of ornamental flowers and trees in Yingju Town of Fengqiu County as an example,the paper analyzes the construction background,location,natural conditions and precipitation of Jialian characteristic town of ornamental flowers and trees Township,and forming a landscape planning and design plan for the characteristics of rainwater adaptability based on ecological resilience.Analyze and illustrate the rainwater treatment process of rainwater management facilities in some featured towns such as buildings,roads,public green areas,and wetlands in the design plan.Practical application validates the application value of ecological resilience theory in rainwater adaptability landscape planning and design.Afterwards,for the rainwater adaptive landscape construction in Jialian characteristic town of ornamental flowers and trees Township,relevant evaluations and follow-up management strategies were proposed,including a good self-sustaining market operation mechanism,a sound system of systematic management,a comprehensive range of public awareness and larger public participation.This article takes the ecological resilience theory as a basis and principle,takes characteristic town as the research object,and starts from the perspective of the overall rainwater ecological construction of featured towns to guide the town's landscape to cope with rain disturbances and disasters,and proposes rainwater adaptability strategies and recommendations.Finally,it tries to construct a multi-layered protection system for the water environment of a small town with ecological resilient characteristics,and guides the practical application of the theory in a characteristic town.
