Rainwater is a functional landscape and beautify the urban environment, the double effect of the urban landscape. In the urban landscape system, rain landscape is a cost-effective upgrade the city style, controlling urban stormwater runoff, water conservation, pollution reduction of ecological divert stormwater detention facilities, is an important part of the urban landscape ecological system.Through application of Arc GIS technology, the city of Spatial Information for data analysis and display, for features and hydrological status of urban development of the city, provide a theoretical basis for the design and construction of urban landscape stormwater system. Through the application of geographic information technology, based on the characteristics of cities in different geographic areas, hydrological information for data analysis, to find out the urban rainwater collection points, lines, and rainwater collection final retention savings area. According to the city’s rainwater catchment characteristics, combined with the status quo of urban development, it targeted urban stormwater system landscape planning and design. The existing urban stormwater landscape technical measures to integrate into a more scientific and orderly construction of urban landscape rainwater systems go.Research papers main innovation is that by ArcGIS software applications on topography, hydrology characteristics of urban and other information for data analysis and display. On the basis of GIS technology applications, the analysis brings together the characteristics of urban rainwater, and then made the city "the rain cell" stormwater management philosophy, urban stormwater Landscape Design and the City "rain cells" stormwater management concepts combine urban stormwater landscape design offer more scientifically rigorous theoretical support.
