With the increasing informatization of armored exceptional vehicles,some defects and deficiencies in the system of armored specific vehicles have been gradually exposed that measurement and check the data transmission.These dilemmas make armored special vehicle measurement and control data transmission system modules increase,and resource allocation efficiency is low,longer maintenance management cycle.In order to enhance the armored special vehicle rapid response ability and management ability,it is design a kind of communication interface with a uniform interface,standardized data format,high rate of information exchange,non-drive connection with monitoring management system,and strong cross-platform compatibility,the measurement and control system of armored special vehicle with various working modes and other characteristics.According to the performance requirements of the system,this paper studies the measurement and control data transmission system of special armored vehicles with the above characteristics.In this paper,aiming at the present situation of USB conversion serial pier / comparative harbour chip applied in the measurement and check technology of armored specific vehicle,a data transmission system based on virtual disk technology is designed.Based on the detailed research and analysis of the realization principle of virtual disk technology,the overall design scheme of the system is put forward according to the requirements of the function,which working environment and characteristics of the measurement and control system for special armored vehicles.Therefore the function of the system is effected.This system uses USB interface chip,and MC9S12XEP100 as the core processor to establish the system platform.The virtual disk technology mode and external movable storage conceive working mode of the system is accomplished.In the mode of virtual disk technology,the system is connectedto the Online Monitoring and Management system by means of conceiving enumeration and other processes.At the same time,the Online Monitoring and Management system automatically load drivers that conform to the USB Mass Storage conceive class.In the form of virtual disks,the system is identified by the Online Monitoring and Management system as the standard of USB mass storage devises,which accomplishes the exchange of data and information.In the mode of external movable storage,the system is similar to the USB host computer.It supplies power and enumerates the movable storage devices it accesses,and achieves the communication between the system and the external movable storage devices.Finally,through the integrated testing of the system storage function module,the working mode of the virtual disk and the working mode of the external movable storage conceive and the verification of the data information.The feasibility of the system function and the reliability of the feasible request are verified.The system that measurement and check data transmission based on virtual disk technology has lay a good foundation for the further development of China's armored special vehicle measurement and control technology in the current information era.
