| Many studies have shown that natural lighting has a significant impact on the rehabilitation and health of hospital patients. In recent years, hospital construction in our country has grown rapidly, but there have been relatively few studies on the natural lighting of hospital buildings. With the discovery of the third photoreceptor cell intrinsic photoreceptor retinal ganglion cells(ESCs)in 2002,we re-examined and thought about the meaning of high-quality natural lighting in architectural design, that is not only to meet the visual requirements, but also to It is good for human health. Therefore, the evaluation criteria for natural lighting in hospital wards must meet the traditional viewing standards and satisfy human health needs. In this thesis,on the basis of reviewing the latest research results of non-visual effects of lighting at home and abroad,a representative ward of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital was selected as the research object, and field measurements, behavior observations, computer simulations, and other research methods were adopted.Quantitative assessment of natural and visual effects in the wards and the non-visual impact of natural lighting on different headed wards.Field measurements and computer simulations show that the overall natural light environment of this ward is visually better, and it fully meets the current lighting standards in China. However,in terms of the non-visual effects of natural light, actual measurements show that it is better on sunny days and worse on cloudy days.Computer simulations have shown that when the patient is in a lying and resting state, natural lighting with a non-visual effect on the outer window bed is ideal,90%of the time exceeds a non-visual threshold, and the natural lighting of the non-visual effect of the intermediate bed is acceptable.About 70%of the time exceeds the non-visual threshold, but is poor from November to March;the non-visual natural light environment in the ward’s deepest bed is only about 40%of the time beyond the non-visual threshold, and can not meet the human body throughout the year. From 06:00 to 10:00,the non-visual effects of the ward space as a whole natural lighting gradually decreased as the depth increased;in April to October, the non-visual effects of the sample wards were ideal for natural lighting, and in the winter the worst. In studying the influence of building orientation on the non-visual natural light environment of the ward, when the ward is facing eastward, the indoor has the best non-visual natural light environment, followed by the southward direction, followed by the westward direction, and the northward direction is the worst. This article takes a representative ward of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital as the research object, quantifies the visual and non-visual effects of natural lighting, and explores the non-visual impact of the natural light environment on hospital wards in architectural design.Natural light research on the non-visual effects of hospital wards provides a practical basis for the architects to provide some useful reference when designing hospital wards.By exploring the relationship between non-visual effects of natural lighting and human physiology and mental health, more designers will be concerned about the healthy lighting of the building space,so as to create a truly high-quality natural light environment in the interior and promote the healthy light environment. |
