Abstract/Summary:
Gas gun is a universal high overload simulation equipment.It uses compressed air instead of the high pressure gas produced by the combustion of the powder to complete the acceleration of the projectile.Compared with traditional artillery guns,gas gun is safe and reliable,has high launch stability,and can suffice most of the requirements of high-overload simulation tests.It have now become very useful and practical for various high-overload test equipment.The test principle of the high-overload gas gun is to use the gas gun to accelerate the test projectile to reach a certain speed,and then hit the targets of different media to generate high reverse acceleration to simulate the launch process and action process of the artillery or missile.Thus a series of high overload test simulations can be performed in the laboratory.According to the given technical index of high overload gas guns,demonstrated the overall scheme of the high-overload gas gun and established the overall scheme of the high-overload gas gun in this paper.Then according to the gas gun interior trajectory model,calculated the initial pressure of the air chamber,the volume of the air chamber and the length of the launch tube when the initial velocity of the projectile is 400m/s.At the same time,separately studied the effects of these three factors on the projectiles muzzle velocity.Then optimized the design of the entire gas gun,and finally got the gas gun optimization design.Then the corresponding calculation and strength analysis of the key components of the entire high-overload gas gun,and studied a reasonable launch control system.Finally,calculated the flow field of the high-overload gas gun.The calculation is mainly divided into three parts.The first part calculates the squat energy of the whole gas gun in the launching process,which provides a certain judgment basis for the safety and stability of the gas gun’s launch.The second part mainly simulates the flow field of the gas gun in the aftereffect period,and provides a theoretical basis for designing a reasonable gas gun muzzle device and arranging the experimental test equipment around gas gun.The third part carries on the corresponding simulation calculation to the gas gun’s pressure loss in the launching process,the result showsthat the partial pressure loss of the air cannon is bigger,should take this part pressure loss into consideration in the design,enables the design air cannon to suffice the use requirements.This paper through the above aspects of research and analysis,researched a high overload gas gun test system.According the corresponding parts of the calculation and analysis can be obtained that the high overload gas gun can suffice the required technical indicators.
