Nuclear power energy is a kind of green,clean and sustainable energy.In recent years,nuclear power generation is an important industry for sustainable development in China.As a common material transportation equipment for nuclear power plants,bridge cranes are required to have certain seismic performance in order to ensure their safety in the event of an earthquake.This paper takes a QD 16 t nuclear bridge crane as the research object,based on the finite element analysis theory,uses the response spectrum analysis method to obtain the seismic response of the crane structure,checks the seismic performance of the crane,and conducts a survey on the nuclear bridge crane.Design study of shock absorption solutions.The research results have certain reference value and guidance significance for the analysis of the seismic performance of the lifting equipment inside the factory building and the shock absorption design of the bridge crane structure.First,establish a three-dimensional model of the structure of the building where the bridge crane is installed,input the design seismic wave load to analyze the time structure of the plant structure,obtain the floor response spectrum at the installed elevation of the bridge crane,and use the response spectrum value to simulate the bridge crane.The earthquake load.Secondly,ANSYS finite element analysis software was used to establish the finite element calculation model of the nuclear bridge crane.The modal analysis was performed on the main metal structure of the bridge crane,and the first 30 natural frequencies and modes of the bridge crane were extracted.On this basis,the response spectrum analysis method was used to obtain the dynamic response of the bridge crane structure under simulated seismic loads,and the seismic performance of the bridge crane was checked according to the relevant criteria.Finally,combined with the structural features and working methods of bridge cranes,according to the relevant parameters such as the seismic excellence cycle and the naturalfrequency of bridge cranes,two types of damping measures suitable for bridge cranes are proposed—installation of seismic isolation bearings and installation of TMD.Energy dissipation dampers.By using time-history analysis method,the seismic response analysis of the bridge crane structure with or without shock absorbers was carried out.It was found that the two shock absorption schemes can effectively reduce the seismic response of the bridge crane structure.A comparative study found that the installation of isolation bearings is more efficient in damping,and under the effect of vertical loads,the maximum shock absorption rate of the program for structural deformation reaches 25%;The maximum shock absorption rate for structural stress reaches 30%.The feasibility of the damping solution was verified.
