Earthquakes are vibrations caused by the rapid release of energy from the earth's crust,which is essentially a natural phenomenon in which the earth plates squeeze and collide with each other and generate seismic waves,which can easily cause excessive structural deformation and stress in building structures and equipment;It is a bridge crane erected on the corbel of the factory building.At present,the crane design code GB 3811-2008 stipulates that cranes working on special occasions need to consider the load caused by earthquakes,while general cranes generally do not consider seismic loads;In the calculation of the load combination,the seismic load is regarded as a special load and the maximum load of the crane is taken into account,which ignores the accidental action of the earthquake and the uncertainty of the working state of the crane.Compared with general cranes,special cranes for nuclear power have special requirements such as high safety,reliability and positioning accuracy.It is not limited to considering the seismic load of conventional crane design codes,and it is necessary to find a suitable engineering solution in combination with the working characteristics of special cranes for nuclear power.In order to evaluate the seismic design of the bridge crane,according to the importance of the load combination of the crane under normal and seismic conditions,Combined with SAP2000 finite element analysis software to analyze the overall performance of the three-dimensional structure of the bridge crane,using the quasi-static analysis method under normal working conditions,The maximum response spectrum method is used under earthquake conditions to study the structural response of stress,displacement,reaction force and other structures produced by the combined working conditions of bridge cranes under earthquake excitation: It decreases as the lifting height decreases,and the response of the horizontal wheel end is smaller than that of the free end;The seismic design of cranes with seismic response spectrum input in three directions is conservative;Cranes are more prone to throw up under earthquake no-load conditions;It is easy to select the CQC method for vibration mode combination when analyzing the response spectrum of the bridge bridge for nuclear power.The seismic response analysis of bridge cranes based on the response spectrum method adopted in this paper has the characteristics of mature theory,efficient calculation and easy application.It is a comprehensive response of statistical series of seismic records;To a certain extent,it can reflect the real impact of the earthquake action on the bridge crane,and has certain engineering guidance significance for the bridge crane in the nuclear environment.
