Research On Innovative Design Of Kitchen Waste Processor

The kitchen waste in daily life has caused serious waste of organic resources and environmental pollution due to its component particularity,the backwardness of processing technology and the lack of processing equipment.In view of this situation,from the perspective of industrial design,this paper makes an investigation and analysis of the “Man-Machine-Environment” system involved in kitchen waste resources,and combines the theory and method of product innovative design,analyzes target users’ needs and existing related products’ problems.And finally proposes the innovative design of kitchen waste processor,aiming to turn kitchen waste resources into a benefit through the redesign of function structure,modeling and ergonomics of the product.Firstly,this paper carries out a systematical analysis of the kitchen waste processor,linking the product with the environment with a systematic and overall method,placing the product in a special environment,insight into its user needs,and mapping the acquired user needs to the product functionalities.Next,the modeling,CMF(Color,Material,Furniture)and ergonomics size and interface of the kitchen waste processor are designed and analyzed thoroughly through the application of innovation design theory and method,and principles suitable for this product innovation design are summarized.Then,based on the design ideas of the functional structure modeling,a functional structure modeling of kitchen waste processor is took,and 3 kinds of functional structure layout schemes are identified.After being analyzed,one of the schemes is designed,including its modeling,CMF and ergonomics size and interface,and the three-dimensional digital model is established.Finally,the multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate this scheme,and the feasibility of the above innovation design method used in the development of new product is verified.Taking kitchen waste processor as an object,through the combination of theoretical research and design practice,this paper makes a deep research of the “Man-Machine-Environment” system involved in kitchen waste processor,mainly completes the design innovation of product function structure,man machine operation and modeling.This paper may provide ideas and suggestions for green transformation design of industrial products from the perspective of product innovative design,which could have a certain reference value for innovative design of similar products.
