The Research On Innovative Design Of Machinery Product Form Based On The Product Semantics

Over the years, the study of mechanical products in China mainly focus on technical aspects,such as product function innovation, structure innovation and principle innovation ,and studies in the form of mechanical product appearance design are also in the early stages of development. But the research about the form of mechanical product innovation design based on the product semantics is still very weak. This study is based on the product semantics, and uses Mechanical product form design innovative techniques to research and analysis components such as product modeling, material, color and function.Aimed at the study can provide a theoretical reference to mechanical product innovation design , the main research is as follows.It studies design features of the product semantics, such as symbolic, perceptual,cognitive, unity, logical, creative, etc., applying the theory of product semantics into the mechanical product form design, analyzing the appearance of mechanical product semantics and researching the Functional analysis,indicative and symbolic analysis of mechanical product form.Analyzing the product form of innovative thinking on machanical products introduces ,designing innovative thinking process of mechanical product form ,researching innovative techniques used in the form of mechanical products,analyzing the form of innovative mechanical product design theory based on the introduction of mechanical product innovation design theory.It proposes the principle and design of mechanical product shape innovation design method based on product semantics,it designs the process of mechanical products form innovation design based on product semantics, and provides a new idea on the innovative design of mechanical product form.This paper summarizes the principle, method and innovation design process of Mechanical product innovation design form based on the product semantics, and used it to the innovation design of cutting centre consisting of length cut saw and cross cut saw , It analyzed the existing sawing lumber subdivision appearance shape. this paper stated the design process of the application of mechanical product form innovation in sawing lumber subdivision,design two program modal saws ,complete design practise on the innovative design of mechanical product form.
