| With the increase of elderly population, China’s population structure is undergoing significant changes, pension problems and pension mode is facing a serious challenge. Traditional pension model already can’t cope with such severe form, due to the development of the course is shorter, the lack of response of the system, and looking for pension mode which accords with the situation of China has become the top priority.This article USES the method of study:1, the comparative study:through the comparative study on the endowment patterns of both at home and abroad, by comparing endowment patterns of development and combined with the project of comprehensive analysis, draw lessons from foreign advanced experience and mode, enrich our elderly people for the construction of the pension system.2, design and analysis of examples:this topic in the study through design analysis of the instance, explain the details of the community elderly apartment on embedded system and the design needs, using examples to guide practice, verify the theory.3, literature collection method:collecting relevant literature both at home and abroad, on the basis of related literature, the thinking of study and use the literature knowledge support research design.4, comprehensive analysis:according to the present stage carries on the summary and the analysis of the specific conditions of the pension mode in China, to explore the market potential and the potential demand, to provide domestic new structure model of senile apartment product design.The purpose of this paper is to break the endowment of thinking, in accordance with the traditional eastern thought without changing the original society, family living way, embedded in the community elderly apartment model is put forward. Used to summarize and discuss the way to study the design concept of embedded within the community elderly apartment, on the indoor space environment, interior space facilities and interior environmental design of the community clubs, design a new orientation and thinking, build "people-oriented" concept of embedded elderly apartment, hope this cause social attention to the pension mode, promote pension problem in our country. |
