Nowadays national construction blowout growth period has ended,rely on large scale and the extensive mode of production to promote the development of construction industry is increasingly unrealistic.To sustain health steadily improving construction industry progress,future trends will be relying on the refinement of project management,information,platform,standardized and controllable.Structure and appearance form construction technology for increasingly complex buildings tend to be complex,high quality standards,construction period,construction information etc,confused the construction quality is put forward a huge challenge,but traditional methods of construction quality control in the process of project quality management with empirical,the shortcomings of delay after sex,already more and more can't guarantee the construction quality of complex building products.Compared with the developed countries,the current domestic level of quality control is still at the low level stage.Therefore,we need to continue to seek new methods,new tools to improve quality control level,effectively raise the quality of building engineering construction,thus provide the people with the high quality building products.In recent years,vigorously promote the construction in the country is in the process of informatization,BIM this emerging technology is fully appreciated and started trying to application in construction fields,as well as the whole life cycle of construction projects.But the BIM technology application in building engineering project construction phase of the practice of the system,not comprehensive enough,especially the application study of quality control is also very less.So,carries on the BIM technology application in construction engineering project construction quality control research is necessary.This paper put forward based on BIM technology quality control system,and to explore new methods of construction project quality control.This paper expounds the traditional quality control theory and the technology of BIM related theory,detailed analysis of the current construction project in the construction phase to the problems existing in the traditional quality control method,and to explore the reasons.By analyzing the advantages of BIM technology in the construction phase quality control,introducing BIM technology,set up quality control system based on BIM technology,finally to specific engineering application quality control system plus the case for further discussion.Quality control system based on BIM technology research,will provide new methods for quality control of construction enterprise,the new way of thinking,hope also can promote the development of the theory of construction project quality control in our country.
