In high latitude areas,the construction process of hydraulic engineering in seasonal frozen areas is particularly difficult due to complex construction conditions,easy to be restricted by natural conditions and other factors,which brings great challenges to the construction manager to control the construction progress.Therefore,the research on the construction schedule optimization method of hydraulic engineering in seasonal frozen areas is of great significance to enhance the construction efficiency and guarantee the project complete smoothly.Firstly,based on the analysis of the theory and method of construction schedule optimization,this paper comprehensively considers the impact of seasonal river freezing,material resources,and other influencing factors on the construction schedule,takes the shortest total construction period,the smallest total construction cost and the highest total quality as the optimization goal.The constraint conditions such as resource demand and construction intensity are imposed according to the actual construction situation of the project,and the optimization model of construction schedule of hydraulic engineering in seasonal frozen areas considering river freezing factors is established.Then,to enhance the solution quality,this paper attempts to apply the grey wolf algorithm solving the model.For the deficiency of the grey wolf algorithm,based on the opposition-based learning,quantum theory and Tent chaotic mapping,the opposition-based learning initialization mechanism,quantum potential well search mechanism,and chaos search mechanism are established,and the chaotic quantum grey wolf optimization algorithm is presented.For the construction model,the fitness objective function is determined,and the solving process of the construction progress optimization model based on the chaotic quantum grey wolf algorithm is built.A new optimization method for the construction progress of hydraulic engineering in seasonal frozen areas is proposed.Based on the construction organization data of a navigation and hydropower hub in northern China,the feasibility of the proposed method are tested.Finally,to improve the practicability of the optimization method and better apply it to the actual project construction,based on the established seasonal frozen area water conservancy project construction schedule optimization model,and based on B/S framework,through the Visual Studio Code and Java Script programming language,this paper develops the optimization system of the hydraulic engineering construction schedule in seasonal frozen areas including the data input module,the constraint setting module,the model solving module,the result display module and the user information setting module,which provides a theoretical basis and technical support for the management and control of the construction schedule by the engineering managers.
