| With the energy crisis and environmental crisis is more and more serious,wind power began to emerge,and the rapid development.In the process of wind power construction,wind power customer give attention to utilization ratio of wind field,which is the most important performance to wind power equipment.So the wind power project quality management is a very important process in construction of wind farm,which is a very important research focus areas for all wind power manufacturer.According to the wind power manufacturer S company’s business processes,the wind field is the core of quality index,the construction of the wind field as a unified wind power project.According to the operation results of Inner Mongolia huangyangwa project phase,wind utilization and quality indexes in the three stages of the most closely,namely the installation,transportation and storage and site service.The core part of this paper is based on the PDCA theory and SPC quality control tools to study the installation,commissioning,transportation storage and on-site service in three stages.Based on the analysis of three quality objectives,set out the key problems of each index,and the existence of Huangyangwa project phase three stages analysis of problems,setting quality objectives and measures and implementation.The use of SPC quality control tools aims at testing the desired results,so the wind power project for these three aspects of the PDCA quality control process can be obtained.Finally,we have applied to the experiences of the wind power farm to the second project in Inner Mongolia Huang Yangwa during 7 months,The quality performances of the second project in Inner Mongolia Huang Yangwa have been improved,and the utilization rate of the wind farm is above 97%.Thus the PDCA theory of quality performances is feasible in three loops of quality management in wind power project. |
