| The fast development of the containerization makes the number of containers throughput bigger than ever.Undoubtedly,It has proposed new bigger challenges to the operation capacity of the container terminal apron.As we all know,the order and the efficiency of the container terminal are the prerequisites for improving the turnover speed of the goods and reducing the transportation time of the goods.Therefore,the application of the advanced equipment and the reasonable dispatching strategies of port resources are not only one of the most crucial approaches to improving the order and efficiency of a container terminal,but also the basic and heated topic of the current academic research and the direction of the scientific and technological innovation in the present stage.The Twin-40ft quay crane,a new type machine of loading and di:scharging containers,is popular in recent years.In fact,the Twin-40ft quay crane,which turned out to failed to realize its twice efficiency than the regular ones,not show its high efficiency as we expected.One of the most important reasons is that the horizontal transportation system fail to cooperate efficiently with the Twin-40ft quay crane.Therefore,in this paper,the Dynamic Truck Dispatching Model will be discussed under the circumstance of that the yard trucks are serving the Twin-40ft quay crane.Taking real situation of the container terminal into full consideration,like the containers stocked in the different block according to its type,the characteristics of the yard trucks routes and the working process of the Twin-40ft quay crane and so on,this paper designed a yard truck dispatching model serving the Twin-40ft quay crane for loading containers,aiming at the minimum waiting time of the Twin-40ft quay crane.After that,the model was solved by a mathematical programming solver,CPLEX,based on the actual statistics of the Dalian Dayaowan port yard.And then a yard truck dispatching strategy was given by the yard truck dispatching model and compared with the strategy given by the Static Truck Dispatching Model.Several examples in different scale are designed to test the validity of the yard truck dispatching model.At last,this paper gives the process of determining the optimal quality of the yard carne and the yard truck based on the Twin-40ft quay crane.All the results of the examples show that the yard truck dispatching model and the optimal quality of the yard carne and the yard truck based on the Twin-40ft quay crane can,to some extent,provide technical support decision,including the scheduling of the yard truck and the number of the yard truck and the yard crane. |
