As one of the most important components of solar cells,the photovoltaic welding belt has a direct impact on the efficiency of photovoltaic conversion and the quality of solar panels.As the main production equipment of the solder joint,the quality of the solder joint has a decisive role.With the development of photovoltaic industry,the quality of PV ribbon is particularly important,and the cost of the tin coated machine and problems in the process of making related products prices,has seriously affected the development of photovoltaic industry.Some of the outstanding problems for the tin coating equipment,this study is among the more notable production of equipment cost,furnace structure and solution of tin copper content was studied,and the corresponding solutions.In this paper the structure of the tin coated machine was simplified and improved.The use of a plurality of parallel copper tin coated,single production number from 6 to 12 roots;and the guide frame structure and furnace was improved,the welding with the yield strength is controlled within 60 MPa.In addition,the improvement of the production technology of the welding belt has solved the problem of excessive copper content in Tin Lead solution during the production process.Finally,based on the analysis of the control requirements,the PLC control scheme is given,and the PLC program is designed.After the completion of the equipment,with the coating material ratio of Sn63Pb37 for the production of photovoltaic welding belt,through the hot dip coating method,after testing,the various indicators of the welding band are up to standard.
