At present,the test type of transmission belt fatigue test equipment in China is relatively simple,and the cost of the test is high.To solve this problem,based on the national standard of automobile transmission belt fatigue test and the development status of the current test device,the control system of the electric closed belt drive fatigue tester is designed.First,the driving motor of the ABB ACS8000 four quadrant inverter is used to drive the power system,and its speed is regulated by the closed loop speed control to meet the test requirements of different types of transmission belts.Secondly,the four quadrant frequency converter is used to control the load motor and the load is applied to the transmission belt,and a stable load is provided for the belt through torque closed-loop control.After loading the load motor,the power generated by the load is fed back to the control system through the four quadrant frequency converter,which greatly reduces the cost of the test system.In order to simulate the actual working environment of the transmission belt,the high temperature test of the transmission belt was carried out.The whole process is controlled by the IPC through special control software.The test parameters are set up and the curves are displayed in real time,and the test data are saved by virtual panel,and the results are analyzed.The test shows that the system can test the fatigue life of the automobile transmission belt at normal temperature or high temperature,and can test the transmission efficiency and transmission power of the synchronous belt,and test the transmission efficiency,transmission power and slip difference of the automobile multi wedge belt and the automobile V belt.The maximum test load of the test machine is up to 19 KW,the torque measurement range is 0-100 Nm,the measuring precision is ±0.5%FS,the rotational speed of the active test belt can be adjusted within 300-6200 rpm,the speed control precision is within ±50rpm,the maximum tension force of the applied belt is 1000 N,the measuring precision is ±0.5%FS,and the high temperature box can reach 150?,the speed control precision is within ±5?;the test machine is connected with the test machine.The continuous operation time is more than 200 hours,and the energy saving efficiency is as high as 70%.The national automobile belt fatigue test standard has been achieved.Through the analysis of the test results,we can reasonably predict and stipulate the fatigue life and improve the reliability of transmission.
