In recent years,the slowdown in economic development,fuel,labor and other costs continue to increase,freight forwarding business profit margins continue to be compressed,freight forwarding business managers need to understand the impact of their business operations efficiency of the main factors,and process reengineering optimization Process to reduce costs,especially information technology in the extensive application of freight forwarding enterprises to promote the freight forwarding business model changes,accelerating the frequency of business process reengineering.Therefore,the rational process optimization,improve the level of process management,reduce the cost of business processes,for the sustainable development of freight forwarding enterprises has become very important and necessary.In this paper,DGF Chinese companies as the main body of the study,and internal and external environment as the basis,combined with the results of the interview for the company to propose future corporate lean management strategies,and strategic planning to enhance the company's core competitiveness,but also expect the company in the logistics Freight forwarding industry to implement this strategy and succeed,and can help the industry the same type of enterprise development.Based on the lean process management theory,this paper analyzes the main factors influencing the operational efficiency of business processes in DGF Chinese companies by means of scientific analysis methods,and puts forward the optimization methods and suggestions for improvement.First of all,through the investigation of the status quo of DGF China's development,summarize the main factors that affect the efficiency of the process,ask questions,explain the necessity and urgency of seeking solutions,optimizing business processes and improving the efficiency of process operation.Secondly,Process management theory,and provide theoretical support for the analysis of the influencing factors and the establishment of the model.Then,through interviews and questionnaires,the main factors influencing the process efficiency of the freight forwarding enterprises are analyzed and the method of lean process management is used.This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the process management level and operational efficiency of DGF Chinese companies by using lean process management and combining with the actual work experience of the author.
