| The development of information technology has brought revolutionary changes to the social economy.Instant messaging,e-commerce,cloud storage and cloud computing,Internet plus,2025 China manufacturing,industrial 4.0.Behind these nouns is the flow,storage,analysis about hitherto unknown large amount data.The hardware carrying large amount data processing function is the data center.With the continuous improvement of chip integration,the index of data traffic growth,the heat release of the data center is also in rapid growth.The mission of the air conditioning system of the data center room is to ensure the safe operation of the data center equipment in a stable and reliable environment.This paper first discusses the development of the data center and the artificial environment control of the center machine room and its influence on the stability and reliability of the equipment in the room.In this paper,the technical status of air conditioning system of China Unicom Changchun data center is analyzed,including the use of 6SigmaDC software to calculate the flow distribution and temperature distribution in the machine room.Then adjust a variety of programs,using the 6SigmaDC software analysis of each scheme whether meet the requirements,and then put forward the specific air conditioning system transformation scheme and management control system,and the flow and temperature simulation after the transformation,calculating energy saving and investment returns analysis.Next,this paper discusses the data center machine room air conditioning engineering of Nanjing University College of chemistry and chemical engineering design and selection,air conditioning cold supply scheme of the mixed use of mechanical refrigeration and natural cold source is used,can make full use of natural cold source,reducing compressor energy consumption. |
