Due to the large density of devices and the heat generated by computers and data processing rooms,the power density is increasing rapidly,and the heat per unit area is increasing.Computer systems have certain requirements for temperature,humidity and cleanliness.Therefore,the air conditioning system should be set up to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.According to the statistical analysis,the air conditioning of the machine room occupies 37% of the energy consumption of the whole machine room,and it has an increasing trend.It is of great significance to design and analyze the air conditioning system in the machine room to reduce the total energy consumption of the machine room.It is of great significance to design and analyze the air conditioning system in the machine room to reduce the total energy consumption of the machine room.In this paper,the design of the system and components for the air conditioning unit of a computer room under certain working conditions and loads is carried out,and the simulation analysis of the designed system is carried out,and the experimental platform is built.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)The thermal physical properties and flow characteristics of refrigerant R410 A used in the system are established.Compared with the Nist source data,the relative error is within 10%,and the load accuracy is required.(2)According to the required working condition,the heat load of the machine room,the main component model is selected,and the steady state design model is set up for the main heat exchanger components.For evaporator design,in order to reduce the size of heat exchanger,a double evaporator is designed,and the connection mode of double evaporator is studied,and the design of air conditioning system of computer room is determined.(3)The steady state simulation model of the air conditioning system and its main components of the computer room is established,and the model is verified.The error of heat transfer is within 15% or less,which accords with the accuracy requirement.This model can be used for the analysis and prediction of the system and components' performance.(4)The air conditioning system bench of the computer room is designed and built.In order to explore the performance of the design system,compressor return test,compressor oil return test and refrigeration performance test are designed respectively.The compressor back liquid test was studied in detail,the suction state backtracking model of the air conditioning system was established,and the model of the return fluid was verified and the variable working condition was analyzed.The results show that the deviation of the model is within 5%,which is in line with the requirement of precision;The main factors affecting the suction state are the evaporation temperature,the condensation temperature and the compressor exhaust temperature,in which the exhaust temperature has the greatest influence;The compressor suction zone liquid warning area was set up,which laid a certain foundation for the engineering application.(5)Because of the particularity of air conditioning in the machine room,it has very high security.At this stage,there are many research and solutions about real-time monitoring and fault maintenance,but there are few schemes to predict the fault.Therefore,in view of the problem of compressor recovery,the model can be established to predict the return fluid situation,and the model is verified with specific experiments,and the variable condition analysis is carried out.
