| In recent years,with the rapid development of 5G,artificial intelligence,industrial Internet and Internet of Things,the data computing capacity and data storage scale in related fields have been greatly increased,making the scale of data center market expand rapidly.Data center is a high energy consuming industry,not only the server itself consumes a lot of power,but also the cooling system.The energy consumption of the traditional data center cooling system accounts for 45% of the total energy consumption of the data center.Therefore,reducing the energy consumption of data center refrigeration equipment is the top priority of energy saving,and also the direction of future research.Firstly,this paper mainly tests the ambient temperature and humidity in a data center room in Beijing.Through the test,it is found that there are some problems in the machine room,such as local hot spots,large temperature difference in cold channels,low refrigeration efficiency and high power consumption of air conditioning.Secondly,Airpak software is used to simulate the air distribution in the computer room of the data center.In the simulation of diffuse air supply,cold passage closed and hot passage closed scenarios in the machine room,the velocity field and temperature cloud diagrams under the three air distribution conditions were derived.Aiming at the project,it was concluded that the air distribution in the cold and hot passage closed was relatively good,which could reduce the air resistance in the machine room and avoid local hot spots.Thirdly,based on the analysis of chapter two and Chapter three,the following conclusions are drawn.(1)In the data center,the air inlet temperature of the server in the machine room can be increased from 22 ℃ to 26 ℃,and the actual power of the air conditioner at the end of the machine room is reduced by 48.3% under the premise that the load of all servers and the actual power of the refrigeration system remain unchanged.(2)Comparing the overall energy consumption of diffuse air supply mode and cold aisle sealing air distribution in the data center room,it is concluded that air distribution can be effectively improved after the cold and hot aisle sealing in the room.(3)According to the energy consumption analysis of the envelope structure of three air flow organizations in the data center room,it is concluded that the envelope structure of closed cold channel has lower energy consumption than that of closed hot channel.(4)Room-level precision air conditioners are suitable for the data center based on the characteristics of low power,high availability and convenient maintenance of a single cabinet.In addition,when the cold aisle in the equipment room is closed,installing a cabinet blind plate can effectively improve the air distribution in the equipment room.In the rapid development of data center in the future,the power consumption of refrigeration system is still the main part in the data center.Improving air flow organization of data center,improving energy efficiency ratio of refrigeration system and improving energy efficiency of data center are still the direction of our efforts.We should respond to national policies to achieve "carbon peak,carbon neutral" and build green data centers. |
