Promote Green Building Project Management Key Issues

Green building has been accepted by us, and the construction of green buildings has accelerated the pace, at present. However, green building in the construction process there are many questions, especially green building project management is particularly prominent. In view of this, the main issues of project management for promoting green building were studied in this paper, and the key issues for promoting the construction of green buildings were explored in order to promote the development of green building.The paper summarizes the experience of overseas governments how to promote the green buildings development. The paper analyses the current situation of the green buildings development in China and points out the problems and causes that our government has in the course of green buildings development, for example policy system is not perfect, lack of incentive mechanisms, lack of green building assessment standards and green building issues such as management responsibilities are not clear, and so on, and on how to address these issues were in depth researched. Then proposes several countermeasures that improving the policy system, increase the incentive and set up a green assessment system of green construction standards and norms in the special management measures and recommendations were put forward.Finally, the green buildings, "lucksea massion" area in the high-tech development zone of Weifang City was taken as an example, the green building evaluation system of construction project management to ensure the strict implementation, the implementation of management measures in project design and construction process were enumerated, and how to advance the green building construction process were also described, to further promote green building engineering management to provide a favorable instruction for the future.
