The Research On Cultural Asset Activation Of Taiwan District Under The Angle Of Community Construction

With the evolution and development of cultural asset conservation thoughts,its meaning and extension are extending continually.Recent years,community building is being paid more and more attention on cultural assets activation.England,America,France and other countries are starting the “good neighborliness activity”;Japan proposes “street building”;Taiwan community building has been developing for more than 30 years.But in Chinese continent,the research of cultural asset activation built by community is just starting.There’s several mistakes.Firstly,highly develop cultural asset or preserve it in isolation.Secondly,in the process of community construction,ignore its cultural asset and dismantle it blindly.Thirdly,local folks opinions have been ignored in activation plan conservation of the panning design unit,and then realistic issues can’t be solved by community development and residents.By protecting cultural assets domestic and abroad,community building current situation and cases analyzing,this research is making a summary its construction method and applying it to the activation project practice of the sixth dyestuff plant in Taiwan Xinzhu area.With the comparison between Taiwan and Chinese mainland,I hope that these experiences could bring valuable reference to Chinese mainland cultural assets activation.This passage is including four parts(1)Domestic and international research overview: Systematically analyzing and discussing the current situation of domestic and international community building and cultural assets presents the practice and research current situation of that clearly.(2)Classic cases comparing and analyzing research: Analyze some classic cases about cultural assets protection under Taiwan community building and summary its idea,policy,system,and method to build a basis for practical research in the following.(3)Practical research of cultural asset activation methods: With the leading of teachers in Taiwan,I experienced the activation transformed project in Taiwan the sixth dyestuff plant and applied these methods in actual cases.Meantime,using the point of community building perspective discusses the importance and advantages of local community and social activists involving in local protection affairs.(4)Enlightenment to Chinese mainland cultural asset protection and activation methods: By comparing the actual situations between Taiwan and Chinese mainland and taking Wudadao district as an example to analyze the request of cultural asset protection under the perspective of community building,from adjustable plan and cooperation approach,involvement centering on human to propose some referential suggestions to Chinese mainland cultural asset activation.
