Evaluation System Of City Planning Based On Active Level | | Posted on:2018-12-06 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:W Zhang | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2322330542979541 | Subject:Urban planning | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Green way belongs to the urban green space system.It is an important part of urban public space.The construction of urban greenway is a key measure to improve the quality of urban life.The greenway construction in China still in the early stage,has not yet formed perfect greenway network.And the greenway construction standard and evaluation system is still in exploring.The core research content of this article is the relationship of the urban design elements and the use of the greenway.This article also innovative puts forward the concept of green way activity.The aim of this paper is to generate a greenway planning scheme based on the greenway activity evaluation method.Through theoretical research and literature analysis,this paper extract 17 urban design factors that will influence greenway activity,which include 8 macro factors and 9 self-impact factors.Use the status quo of research/GIS analysis and camera research as the main research methods in the analyzing of 17 influence factors and greenway activity value of 4 built greenway samples in Tianjin.Then use SPSS to explore the relationship of the factors and the activity value.Among the 17 influence factors,6 factors including residential construction area/ plot ratio/ Stay point number/ Stay point area/lighting and length have significant positive effect on activity value,compared to land mixing degree/ lane species/other lane proportion/ lane width/ hydrophilic section length and greenway link degree,which have smaller positive effect.The rest 5 factors including commercial construction area/park number/POI density/POI mixing degree and the lane sinuosity have negative effect.Combined with the coefficient of each influence factor,the green way activity evaluation equation and the greenway planning evaluation framework based on activity were generated.The application condition of evaluation equation is: the existing green road built urban greenway planning activity evaluation.The application condition of greenway planning evaluation is: the comparison of the two evaluation in the same city.Finally,the article apply the results to the actual planning and design and put forward 4 principles of greenway location including near the residential area/ using the original basis / enhance the hydrophilic and The low density of POI as well as 3 principles of greenway design including rich space/facilities and effective entry.On the basis of these principles,this paper put forward optimization strategy of samples of the greenway in Tianjin. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Urban greenway, Plan evaluation, Active value, Greenway usage | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
