| Reasonable construction of the greenway can change the way people travel, outdoor sports mode and life concept, can promote the construction of infrastructure, can effectively relieve urban environmental and social problems caused by the rapid development. Therefore, the study of greenway has realistic significance. The research of the greenway in our country only focuses on the following three aspects:the foreign advanced theory, the foreign cases, the theory and practice of domestic. Using the POE method to investigate the built greenway from the perspective of the consumer is very few. Therefore, how to built the greenway system involved in the user’s real demand, in order to modify the greenway construction, is still a new subject in the greenway construction.This paper researches the related concept, development, functions and classification of the greenway. Exploring the development and research trends of the POE method at home and abroad. Summarizing the concept and standards of the six greenway systems construction, in order to guide the construction’s assessment of Jinzhou greenway. Investigating six systems construction according to the actual conditions of Jinzhou greenway to analysing the advantages and disadvantages. Finally, investigating the user’s basic situation, accessibility, the attractiveness of the greenway, plant landscape of greenway and satisfaction in the form of questionnaire. Survey methods and results are as follows:1. Use the proximity calculations to study Jinzhou greenway relationship of accessibility and user’s situation. The result is that over 50% of users within proximity use three times a week or more, the users outside proximity use one or three times a week, indicating greenways accessibility influence the user frequency.2. Using Excel and SPSS20 statistical data analysis and cross-calculation, using CROSSTAB analysis attractiveness index and the wearer’s own property, the result is that the male user are more interested in cultural history (36.0%) greenways and bicycle system (75.2%) of greenways, female users will prefer plant landscape greenways (62.4%).3. Use the AHP-FCE comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the greenway plant landscape, sort of Jinzhou greenway sections of each plant landscape, the result is the fourth sections (8.193 points)> first sections (7.911 points)> third sections (7.829 points)> second sections (7.502 points). Results show the section from Songlan Street to Jinshitan is the best green landscape of the entire track.4. Use PPC model based on RAG A study of each index satisfaction, the result is that the first three post:Beach Park Station (3.0443), Coastal road station (2.7423), Friendly garden station (2.7365). While the lowest satisfaction to find three of the Inn, were the Central Square Station (1.3836), National College Station (1.2654), Northeast Street Station (1.2601).This paper use POE on the study of the greenway, and take the comprehensive evaluation in Jinzhou greenway from the perspective of the user. Putting forward related recommendations on the aspects of the route planning, post layout, Plant landscape, infrastructure and propaganda of the greenway. Based on the research of this article, I hope Jinzhou greenway can make better service for users, and this research can provide some reference on the the optimization of the completed greenway in the future. |
