Studies On The Plan Of Rural Riverfront Greenway In Hilly Areas

Since the concept was introduced,Greenway has gradually been known to the public and become the focus of the planning and construction in various regions of China.Various forms of greenways appear in China's urban and rural areas.The rural greenway as a kind of emerging one arises a series of problems,such as construction without system,extravagance and waste,destruction of natural ecological system,the deviation of local industrial demand,etc.In the hilly area of southern China's countryside,abundant water resource forms complex water system of the village which connects with production,life and ecology.These watercourses are also natural corridors,and these natural linear elements provide favorable conditions for the construction of rural greenway.Based on the field investigation of rural River in Hunan hilly area,this article analyzed the natural and cultural resources,combined with the current situation of domestic rural Greenway Construction,summed up the methods of planning and design of rural riverfront Greenway in Hilly area.The main results are as follows:(1)From the domestic and overseas development of the greenway,rural riverfront greenway could not only provide normal greenway function,like traffic,beautification and improvement for rural living environment,but also the protection and utilization of natural and human ecology.It could also explore the potential of tourism development,promote rural industrial restructuring,and give a new growth to rural economy.(2)Through analyzing the practice of the construction of domestic existing rural greenway,four general problems were found in rural greenway construction:the majority of greenway construction is for performance engineering which is focus on construction instead of maintenance;construction purpose was not clear;the original ecological system was destroyed because of too large engineering construction;after the completion of using part of utilization rate of part of completed greenway,which caused great waste.(3)Through analyzing the needs and preferences of users,combining with the limitations of short-term tourism location in hilly areas,planning and construction of riverfront greenway could select route reasonably based on rural rivers.Riverfront greenway can be used as a link to connect each characteristic industry unit.When protecting of rural natural and cultural ecology,it's to integrate development of the first,the second and the third industry,to improve the living level,to promote the construction of the beautiful countryside.(4)In the planning and construction of rural riverfront greenway,analyzed special application of facilities which is common in general greenway for rural riverside environment;discussed the scientific method of treatment for rural waterfront revetment and suitable types of riparian plants;found a way for exploitation of tourism products to adapt to the resource development.(5)By using the method of this paper which summed up rural riverfront greenway planning and construction in hilly areas,a rural riverfront greenway of LianhuaTown Modern Agricultural Park in Changsha City was planned specifically.It's to verify the rationality of the planning method through the example.It can also provide a reference for the development of rural riverfront greenway in Hunan even in hilly area of other region.As a linear landscape space which carries rural culture,rural riverfront greenway is the core of the beautiful countryside construction in hilly areas.Great attention should be paid to the implementation of scientific and reasonable planning and construction.
