Abstract/Summary:
The tied-arch bridges have been developing very fast for the recent years,especially the concrete-filled steel tubular arch-bridges.The bridge has become an important bridge type.But the suspender deplacement did not form a system of process.Therefore,it is very important and instant to further the researche of the suspender disrepair and replacement.In this paper,the optimal design of the tie members,suspender,Piers,beam of Fenkou 3rd Bridge in Zhejiang Province.How to remove an old suspender and how to install a new one is simulated with the finite element theory and software.The applicable method of the suspender replacement is applied as well as the optimum project,which is applid to the Fenkou 3rd Bridge.The analysis results show that :the optimization design of the Fenkou 3rd Bridge can meet the requirements of different conditions.All of the members of the bridge meet the specification requirements in the suspender replacement process.It shows that the optimization design can solve the problem of the suspender replacement or sudden destruction.
