Research On Risk Assessment Method Of Cranes

Becoming more and more generalization and unsafe events are occurring,but the crane risk assessment is very urgent.Therefore,in order to further provide crane safety management level,many industries begin to improve risk management of the crane,the crane risk assessment has become a crane is an important content of risk management.At present,the development of the crane risk assessment system is more and more valued,relevant industry more and more to the requirement of crane risk assessment methods.To further promote the development of crane risk management,risk assessment method in this paper,the crane is studied and will be divided into four chapters.The first chapter briefly describes the research background,based on the background of the development of crane,crane risk assessment method is proposed to study the purpose and significance,and the research status at home and abroad are reviewed,the paper study the realistic background and theoretical basis.The second chapter for crane hazards identification and analysis.In crane of hazard identification and analysis of related concepts as the breakthrough point,identify hazards are analyzed in detail to consider factors and types,for the crane research premise conditions established risk assessment methods.The third chapter for crane safety evaluation method system is researched.Through the analysis of the crane safety evaluation method to determine safety evaluation indicators,and analyze the crane safety assessment of the enterprise,thus the corresponding safety assessment results,the focus of this chapter for this article research theory.The fourth chapter in the crane safety evaluation method on the basis of theoretical analysis,combined with concrete examples,the crane safety evaluation method is feasible and in field were studied.The crane safety evaluation method is applied to the risk of crane control practice,to test the feasibility and safety assessment method.Thus to strengthen the risk assessment and management of the crane,crane safety promotion concrete Suggestions are put forward.The fifth chapter demonstrates the conclusions for present study.The purposes are aimed to verify the methods of safety assessment in particular for the possibility and convenience of fuzzy synthetic method,which will be provide the more experience for the further investigation on the safety assessment system of medium and small crane.
