As one of thespecial equipment, no matter leave factory or in use, gantry cranes should go through arigorous inspection. But because the system is too big, structure is too complex, workingenvironment is bad, working frequency is higher, also because of its high cost, long servicein the workplace and other reasons, Gantry crane accidents often happened. Through theinvestigation and study, this kind of large loader in the event of accident, the consequencesare very serious, huge losses. So, to ensure the port economic benefit and product safety, itmust find out the cause of crane accident hazards, and to evaluate risk in the operation ofthe gantry crane, according to the risk situation make the corresponding improvement, toensure safe and efficient operation of the crane. For this purpose, in this paper, on the basisof identify the major hazards of gantry port, risk assessment was carried out.Corresponding measure must be taken before accident happened, to nip in the bud. Themain work is as follows:1. First, after have a deep understanding of structure, working principle andmanufacturing test procedures of the gantry crane, collect the accident case related to.Then summarize the common accident type and hazards that lead to the failure oraccident of gantry crane.2. Set the common accident type as the second floor, use the Accident tree analysis toestablish a accident tree of gantry crane. Though using the qualitative andsemi-quantitative analysis, the minimum cut set of it was obtained, these minimum cutsets is the combination of the basic events that cause of the accident. And the firstorder cut set is the major hazards, then calculate the structural important degree andcarried on the sorting. Based on this, put forward the corresponding corrective measures.3. Combine with the major hazards above, build up a complete and strong operabilityrisk assessment system of gantry crane that based on health monitoring. Consider theinfluence factors for gantry crane form4aspects: man machine medium andmanagement. On the basis of the original fuzzy AHP, weight to gantry craneevaluation indicator with the improved weight—comprehensive weight, and did a riskassessment to ensure the risk value of a gantry crane that under actual workingcondition. According to the risk value of the risk assessment, corresponding treatmentmeasures must be taken in time. |
