Research And Design Of Intelligent Processing Unit For General Flowmeter

With the rapid development of digital and intelligent technology,flow detection in industry and agriculture etc.also have a wide range of applications,intelligent,data accuracy,power consumption and other aspects of the detection system requirements have become increasingly high.In order to meet the demand of intelligent data processing,it is necessary to constantly improve and improve the detection system.The use of the core controller of the flowmeter processing unit takes into account the low power consumption of the flowmeter,and selects the MSP430149 microcontroller produced by TI company.The working principle of flowmeter intelligent processing unit is designed in this paper: in the liquid flow through the turbine,the turbine rotating magnetic flux continuous movement in the process of value change,will produce EMF changing,and then transported to the formation of potential circuit,pulse signal,the pulse signal amplifying circuit classification amplification and filtering,then by the MSP430 MCU A /D conversion module for signal conversion,the signal results through the serial communication protocol is uploaded to the host computer display,analysis and monitoring;at the same time,the output data of the automatic storage chip,for subsequent access and retrieval.The equipment renovation project this topic from the flow of my participation in the training room,on the basis of the research status of intelligent processing related flowmeter at home and abroad,the related intelligent design of flowmeter in testing equipment.The hardware system of flowmeter intelligent processing unit of data acquisition module,memory module,serial communication module and power module to do the analysis of scientific and reasonable design,the designed system has accurate transfer function display,site monitoring,storage and signal.At the same time in the software system design of the flowmeter intelligent processing unit using Lab View virtual instrument flow will transfer the data to the host computer data acquisition,so as to realize the remote traffic monitoring function,data transmission is accurate,and higher reliability.
