| Elbow flowmeter possesses widely market because of its advantages, such as high measuring accuracy, wide application range etc. Higher requirements on working reliability, stability and rapid maintenance are put forward with the development of industrial technology and international trade, and current equipment maintenance system has already hindered further increase of production benefit. Accordingly, a model which could make the product maintenance and fault diagnosis extended to remote network environment via internet is designed. It aims at enhancing the level and aging of maintenance.Firstly, functional requirements are obtained through analyzing the principle, structure, working status and fault characteristic of elbow flowmeter. Then remote maintenance system of elbow flowmeter based on three-layered C/S and B/S is proposed.Secondly, critical theories associated with those functions are studied. On this basis, most system's functions, such as remote monitoring, on-line quality assessment, data verification and degradation maintenance etc. are realized by machine digital assessment system and computer communication. Fault diagnosis knowledge base and forward inference engine are constructed by fault tree analysis and basic theory of expert system. In addition, the application of multimedia technology for this system is researched and the system becomes more flexible.Finally, in Windows XP operation system, on-line quality assessment and remote degradation maintenance of elbow flowmeter are developed by Visual Basic, Matalab and Access. Expert system for remote fault diagnosis is developed by Asp and Access. Moreover, both of modules are tested by Yanshan Hospital's monitoring data including temperature, pressure and pressure difference. The result proofs that the system is feasible. The problem of accuracy decline due to environment change can be solved, which can make dynamic performance more stable, work more reliable and maintenance more rapid. |
