| With the rapid development of national economy,people’s demand on the quality of the ecological environment is also increasing,measuring the city’s comprehensive strength depends not only on the level of economic development,but also on the angle from the health point of city environment and the evaluation of the residents’ health status.Creating a national health city can improve people’s living environment to a certain extent,and to promote the quality of city and the state of spiritual civilization forward.Therefore,the national health city is an important symbol for measuring the overall development of a city.For the dual needs of survival and development,A city’s national health city creation and management have made remarkable achievements,the overall showing a good momentum of development.However it is hard to deny that there are still some problems in the related work of city A.The main performance is:although A city government agrees with the importance of long-term governance work method in the actual work.In the face of the regular review of the national health city,it mainly adopts the stage-based or temporary way to deal with,the basic reason for the exercise-based comprehensive improvement method is that the long-term governance mechanism has not been effectively established and implemented,which has led to the task that should have been accomplished through routine and normalized management.It is a type of temporary assault way to deal with.This kind of working method can easily lead to a rebound in environmental governance,slackening government work,triggering negative public sentiments and ultimately reducing the credibility of the government.Looking at the most developed provinces and cities at home and abroad,setting up a sound,standardized and effective long-term governance of national health cities has become the common consensus of most managers.It is a key link and an important guarantee for creating a new situation in the work of national health cities.This paper elaborates the main practices and achievements of A city in the long-term governance of national health cities,and then summarizes the main problems that A city has in long-term governance of national health cities: First,the lack of long-term governance philosophy;second,the subjects are too single;third,the way of governance is immature;fourth,financial guarantee is not sufficient.;and fifth,defects in assessment and supervision.Taking A city as the research object,this paper analyzes the long-term governance problems of the national health city mentioned above and puts forward feasible suggestions for the long-term governance of the national health city.It points out that A city government should focus on perfecting the long-term governance concept and synergistic governance,diversified governance bodies,improved ways of governance in various aspects,strengthened financial input guarantee and established a sound examination and supervision system so as to promote the consolidation and upgrading of national health cities to a new stage and create a new situation.At the same time,the experience of long-term governance of national health city in A city is summarized as well,which provides reference for the long-term governance of other provinces and cities in China. |
