| The National Health City began in 1989, Its creating、consolidating and ascension can improve people’s living environment, promote the public to form a healthy and civilized lifestyle, it has become an important symbol and basis to measure the development of a city.At present, the creating and managing work of Kunming National Health City has achieved certain results. It shows a good development trend, but there are still a lot of problems. The main problem is:Although the government has realized the importance of the establishment of long-term management mechanism to a certain extent, also gradually trys to establish a long-term management mechanism, but in the actual work process, in the face of a review once every 3 years, they mainly take the comprehensive controlling methods of stage, sport style to promote and strengthen the promotion of health outcomes, the long-term management mechanism is not established and perfected in the true sense. Some tasks that should have been done by normalizing, day-to-day management, have to take a temporary assault approach to solve, the effectiveness of the work is difficult to last and is easy to rebound.The long-term management mechanisms establishment of standardized and effective National Health City, has become the consensus of the majority of government managers, it is an important guarantee and key work to create a new situation in the National Health City on the basis of the existing achievements.With the use of refined management theory, taking Kunming city as an example, this paper expounds the main approach in the management of the National Health City in Kunming city and achievements, summarizes the main problems and analyzes the reasons, and puts forward some countermeasures for the National Health City long-term management mechanism, full coverage of the Gou Jianquan range and specific operation method, points out that the Kunming municipal government should focus on the normal management, establish and improve the long-term management mechanism including organization and leadership mechanism, financial security mechanism, supervision and inspection mechanism, etc., to promote the National Health City consolidate and promote the work to a new stage, and open a new situation.This paper has a certain theoretical significance and guiding role in the research on National Health City’s management work of Kunming and other Chinese city, but also further enrich the practical content of constructing long-term management mechanism in the National Health City, therefore provides a valuable reference. |
