The Influence Of Prefabricated Building On Modern Building Design

China's economic development is very rapid,the people's material life level is also rising,and now,it is showing a leap forward development.People have a higher standard of their daily necessities,which includes the comfort of their own residential environment.The rapid development of economy has accelerated the process of social modernization,but it has also brought great burden to the environment,and the environment which has been adversely affected has also played a role in people's daily life.The promotion of urbanization has created a large number of construction waste,and the traditional construction methods have caused irreparable damage to the environment.Based on the above reasons,the prefabricated building is born,it is efficient and environmental protection features,has been widespread concern and use.In our country,assembly building in the middle of twentieth Century,gradually into the Chinese people's vision,compared to foreign countries,we started late.In the twenty world in 60 s,China's first use of precast concrete block structure;around 80 s,after a period of rapid development,our country's precast concrete component production suddenly stopped,so far ten years,no inch into.Until 90 s,the commercialization of housing will push the construction industry to a new climax,followed by the pace of commercial housing,the state and local policies promulgated,once again promoted the development of the assembly type construction industry,has continued until now.Construction industry to adapt to the development trend of the times and the market,improve the level of construction and development of the industry,we need to pay attention to the new type of building.As a modern building type,the prefabricated building can effectively improve the progress and quality of the project construction,at the same time realize environmental protection and energy saving social goals,to a certain extent,protect people's quality of life.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the industrial management of prefabricated building,vigorously develop the installation and configuration of buildings,so as to promote the healthy development of China's construction industry.In this paper,the development of assembly building and structural system are analyzed and studied,and combined with specific cases to explore the impact of prefabricated building on modern building design in our country,in order to find a better way of building development.
