Study On Sustainable Development In Chongqing New North Zone EBD Park Building Space

According to the "Regulations of College of Architecture and Urban Planning ofChongqing University Full-time Professional Degree Student Handbook",this thesis is aresearch report,which is one of the Master of Architecture professional degree thesisforms.It takes Chongqing New North Zone EBD Park’s construction process between2001and2014as an example,elaborates the process of the EBD Park how to pursuit the"natural,economic,social" harmony,under the guidance of "ecological" concept.It alsoelaborates the building space to adapt to the way and method of requirement change,andtheoretically summarizes the rules.The EBD park is built through the construction process from scratch.Because of itsstage goals, city location, with special characteristics,at the beginning of theconstruction it can not fully take into account "the natural ecological system","ecological economic system" and "the ultimate goal of social ecological system".it hasto focus on every details and step by step to construct.Reflected in the EBD Parkbuilding space,the architectural space development three stages：focus on "the naturalecological system" construction’s "natural" stage";focus on "ecological economicsystem" construction’s "eco-industrial" stage "and focus on "social ecological system"construction’s "social ecology" stage.In this process,EBD Park building space tosustainable concept to all stages with different space requirements and spatial variation.Study on sustainable building,should cover sustainable study on architecturalspace.However, many studies did not focus on the aspects of architectural spacesustainable. Research on the sustainable development of building space of high-techIndustrial Park is almost in a blank state,therefore this research has certainforward-looking.The changes of architectural function often affects the architecturalspace, from this perspective,taking the connotation of combining "adaptation" and"sustainable development",we make the following definition of sustainable buildingspace: Building space is in the life cycle of sustainable sustainablebuildings,architectural space has the function of demand changes may occur in responseto the widly "adaptability". In order to make the architectural space is the"adaptive",need adaptability design of architectural space in architectural design. In order to study the function adaptability of architectural space,this paperdiscusses the influence factors of the architectural space: space interface, spaceshape,volume and space combination relations. And it discusses the influence ofbuilding space elements of architectural space function adaptability：Building spaceneed not change the architectural space elements to obtain functionaladaptation,architectural space also can change the space elements to obtain the functionadaptability.Based on the above research, in-depth analysis of various stages of requirementchange based on EBD development of the park, and to "Neptune" mansion,"Venus"mansion,"Xing Hui Liang Jiang" art business center building space as a typicalcase,Make a detailed analysis of the specific measures to make the building space toadapt to the changes of functional requirements. And it makes the detailed summary tothe architectural space elements to the EBD Park building space adaptive designexperience.Strategies on EBD Park building space adaptive design is discussed.EBD Park in northern new building space in the construction process of more than10years, from first to last to architectural space adaptive idea is EBD park at this stagehas become an important support for regional, city inseparable part of all kinds ofenterprises competing in the headquarters of the design concept, the building spaceadaptability should be integrated into the other new construction zone concept.
