On the one hand,because of dwindling oil resources and the continuous improvement of the environmental policy requirements,the new type of green ship using clean energy has become the development direction of the future ships;on the other hand,inexhaustible solar radiant energy,as an important renewable energy,has significant advantages in the process of development and utilization.Therefore,to collect solar energy by using photovoltaic devices and generate electricity is one of the most promising ways in the development of current marine new energy.Based on the engineering support of large crude carriers and by breaking through the key application technologies of solar energy on large transport ships under marine environment,the optimization design of the solar energy utilization projects for large crude carriers,as well as energy-saving evaluation and structure strength analysis under marine environment is implemented;the foundation is laid for the application of solar energy in major transport ship.The specific research work includes the following aspects:1.Photovoltaic systems are briefly introduced,including photovoltaic technology principles and the classification of photovoltaic power generation systems.By referring the of DE Waal VLCC deck arrangement,the photovoltaic modules system layout scheme on the deck of very large crude carrier is discussed;by referring to the ground photovoltaic system support and special marine environment,the preliminary design of photovoltaic modules is given.Energy conservation and emissions reduction effect of the system is evaluated after installation of photovoltaic components.Besides,under the condition of sufficient sunlight,solar power can compensate 1.18% of the power output of the main engine;2.By using Direct Calculation Analysis Guide of Ship Structure of CCS(China Classification Society),the normal load of the three composite cabins of crude carriers under the three typical calculation condition is calculated;the boundary conditions and strength checking standard are identified.In addition,the wind loads and green water loads are introduced;3.According to the relevant rules of CCS,the finite element model of three composite cabins of the VLCC.are established,the influence of the absence and presence of photovoltaic modules system and wind load on the strength of photovoltaic modules of threecomposite cabins is compared.It is concluded that photovoltaic modules system and wind load have little influence on the overall strength of three composite cabins;4.Numerical simulation method is used to respectively simulate the wind pressure on the30° tilting plate under the wind speed of 32m/s,42m/s,and 50m/s.The wind pressure curve along the length direction under different wind speeds is obtained.The specification is used to calculate the green water load on the deck of photovoltaic modules solar plate;the strength of the photovoltaic modules under the combined action of three different wind speeds and green water load on deck is calculated and the results show that the strength of the photovoltaic modules meets the requirements. |
