Coreless motors are widely used in all kinds of mechatronic devices because of its good performance.Mostly,automation equipments are applied to complete the coil winding work at home and abroad,therefore,the automation equipments of coreless motors production has become more and more important at present.This paper mainly studies the control system of coreless motors coil winding machine that can be used in the practical industrial production,which of great significance in improving both the quantity and quality of production.This paper analyzes the different forms of coreless coil production process,and also sets the machining target and the processing route;then,it analyzes the motion law and the movement achieving of coil production;at last,it confirms the total design scheme according to the working principle and performance requirement of the coreless motors coil.Also,the paper designs the control system of the winding machine according to the total design scheme;chooses proper servo motor based on the motion requirement;molding the servo motor and design the three closed-loop motor controller with the utilization of engineering design method according to the different requirements.And establish the simulation model of Ac servo control system in Matlab/simulink to test the verify the accuracy of its controller design.Meanwhile,the drive mechanism will be modeled and analyzed.Design the hardware circuit design of winding machine,confirm the equipment capacity,choose suitable wire sectional area and design the electrical system circuit,then,design the main movement controller,auxiliary motion controller PLC,servo drivers and other peripheral control circuits according to the controller characteristics to complete the circuit design of constant temperature heating module system.Design the software of winding machine: firstly,design the control logic of every controller;secondly,program the controllers with the utilization of proper programming language,according to the controllers characteristics;thirdly,conduct the designing and programming according to the need of human-computer interaction interface.Establish the actual hardware system and debug the winding machine program;conduct the trial-production of coil with the utilization of winding machine,and test the parameters ofevery coil;then,analyze,assume and verify the existing problems;complete the trial-production,and test the performance of motors to verify the capacity to achieve the expected function of the winding machine control system that designed in this paper.
