Chromium plated products are widely used in the production of packaging products because of their low manufacturing cost,strong attachment performance,high temperature resistance and good sulfur resistance.However,with the diversification of the application of chrome plated products from downstream users,the storage environment in the process of chrome plating is becoming more complex and changeable.Under the action of various factors,it is easy to form thin water film on the surface of the steel plate,resulting in condensation.After dew,the corrosion of the steel plate will be aggravated,which seriously affects the normal sales and use of the products.Therefore,in order to reduce the exposure to downstream customers,the formation mechanism of the condensation of chromium plated steel coil and its prevention and control technology are specially studied.First of all,the chrome strip production process,technical characteristics of different processes,in full consideration of equipment and process characteristics of the units at the same time,combined with the thermodynamic analysis,the strip temperature change model of different technological process to set up production in the process parameters in the production process caused by many complicated model,in order to better validation and use model,after the completion of the established model,the way of programming to develop the corresponding software to verify the accuracy of the model.Then,in consideration of the steel volume stored in the actual process of placing conditions and storage environment based on temperature change of the coil inventory analysis is established in the process of storage coil temperature change model,on the basis of c++ programming developed the corresponding simulation software,the software of coil temperature changes are predicted,based on the calculation results and actual measurement results verify the model accuracy,lay the foundation for subsequent research of condensation.Finally,after the completion of the strip temperature model in the production process and the basic storage process of the steel coil temperature change model,studies the relevant theories of condensation,and some key parameters under different conditions were calculated and put forward corresponding measures and governance condensation,to reduce the dew generated as the target,combined with the production site the environmental conditions and gives relevant suggestions for improvement,to provide guidance for the actual production.
