Because of its distinct performance, the cupmotor is widely applied in electromechanical integration equipments that have high energy conservation and servo requirement. The core technology to produce cupmotors is the winding technology of cup coils. The cupmotor coiling machine researched by this dissertation is a type of electromechanical integration equipments that adopt digital control systems and can finish windings automatically. This project has the practical value to increase production efficiency and product quality of home-made cupmotors.Firstly, the processing objects and route of the cupmotor coiling machine designed by this dissertation has been figured out by the analysis of the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of different types of cupmotor coils. Then the theory method of the winding machine are analyzed and researched. After that the overall design plan is worked out.Secondly, structure design is conducted in detail based on the overall design plan. The three-dimension software is applied to building models of mechanical structure and analyzing the parameters (e.g. strength and stiffness) of key components. After that the three-dimension software is used to conduct kinematical and dynamical simulation, design cycloid rule and analyze kinematical performance of key components.Thirdly, the control system based on the requirements of the overall design plan was designed. The control index and requirements are firstly worked out. Then the power circuit was designed. And according to the control logic and control object of the overall design plan,the control method and controller model was chosen. And based on the control requirements,the servo system and the information interaction between modules are designed.Finally,the three-dimension software is used to conduct virtual experiment. The kinematical simulation function of the three-dimension software was used to carry out virtual experiments such as motion interference check of mechanical structure, working space analysis, analysis and optimization of control logic. Physical experiments that prove the ability of the winding machine designed by this dissertation to achieve the expected functions are conducted on the basis of virtual experiments.
