In recent years,the high-rise building fires often occur,causing great harm to people's life and property safety.Although the National Fire Department increased the high-rise building fire management,but the high-rise building fire situation is still grim,the evacuation problem of high-rise building fire has become a hot topic in current research.The paper aims to evacuate people to safe areas as soon as possible,to minimize the casualties caused by fire,and to carry out in-depth study on evacuation strategies under high-rise building fire situation.This paper first analyses the development process of the high-rise building fire and its characteristics in detail,pointed out that the initial stage of fire is the most favorable opportunity for personnel evacuation.After analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the common evacuation mode in the current high-rise building fire and the necessity of the elevator evacuation,some measures for the improvement of the elevator are put forward,demonstrates the feasibility of the elevators are used for personnel evacuation in the initial stage of high-rise building fire comprehensively.And then proposed a staircase and elevator mixed evacuation strategy,and developed a new elevator operation rules,the elevator stops at the required floors according to the new rules,and then established the mathematical model to calculate the evacuation time,this paper made use of a building for manual calculation and analysis.Finally,on the basis of this,the evacuation time is optimized by using the Pathfinder personnel evacuation simulation software.At the same time,the thesis set up another evacuation plan,that is,the elevator stops only at the refuge floor for evacuation.First,the elevator should be determined to park in the lower levels of refuge floor to evacuate people as far as possible,and then separately fitted out the function curves of the stairs evacuation time and the elevator evacuation time on the proportion of the number of elevator evacuation by using the Matlab software.Calculating the coordinates of the intersection of the two curves to get the best proportion of the number of elevator evacuation,and obtaining the personnel required safe evacuation time according to this ratio by simulating.Compared with the final simulation results of the two schemes,we can see that the staircase and elevator mixed evacuation strategy is better under the elevator stops at the required floor that proposed in this paper.
