As one kind of Air Independent Propulsion Systems(AIP),the closed cycle diesel engine attracts extensively attentions due to its high cost performance,short development cycle,reliability and easy realization etc.Currently,domestic studies just concentrate on parts of equipments as well as techniques of the diesel engines rather than system integration.According to restrains of closed cycle diesels in practical applications,the thesis presents a set of system integration design for closed cycle diesel engines from two aspects of structural layout and control method,aiming to promote their equipment and engineering applicability.The main work of this thesis is following:1)According to the existing experience of platform design,the closed cycle diesel engine is divided into five subsystems,including power system,distribution system,carbon dioxide treatment system,water system and control system.The matching design method between each subsystem is implemented with regard to requirements,which make the diesel engine can quickly adapted according to the design method to achieve closed cycle work.2)Closed cycle diesel engine system is a multivariable control system,programs of the ratio of “artificial” atmosphere,the absorption control of carbon dioxide and on-off switching control are designed.The man-machine interface is also designed through the PLC programming software and Kingview software to meet control function and visual requirements.3)The experiment is implemented by using existing experimental bench.The results show that the mixed inlet heat can be measured by venture tube while the water supply can be automatically controlled by the spray cooler as well as rotating bed absorber.Furthermore,the control system is confirmed to be feasible for system integration with reduction of measuring elements and the complexity of the control system.4)In order to conduct related research of closed cycle high-pressure diesel engine,the simulation model for diesel engine valve timing to optimize the adjustment is established by GT-Power software.Through changing the gas phase of diesel engine,the cycle air input is increased to meet the requirements of the closed operation of diesel engine,which furthermore increase the system pressure.The effects of inlet composition under high pressure,pressure and other factors on the performance of diesel engines are also studied to provide the reference for the further research of closed cycle diesel engine system.
