AIP system provides an effective solution for enhancing the enhurance and ablity of concealment. Among the many AIP systems, the closed cycle diesel system has a great significant of engine controlling method and the factors affecting the diesel performance, for its advantage of short development cycle, good reliability, mature diesel technology and easy implementation.This paper introduced closed cycle diesel engine system which set the 4102BG diesel engine as power unit. The CCD control system was designed using the programmable logic controller as the main part. The paper reconstructed the CCD test bench, optimized the intake test system and analyzed the various factors which affect the performance of closed cycle diesel engine. The paper's main content shows as follows;1,According to the data of diesel engine experiment results, built the simulation model of 4102BG Diesel Engine with GT-Power software, compared the simulation results with the experimental results validate the simulation model.2,Analyzed the effects of the factors such as gas concentration,specific heat,the system pressure work on the CCD system. With the results, experimental equipment could be optimized. And also the results could be predicted.3,To achieve the resesrch purpose, the closed cycle diesel engine test bench was rebuilt, including resetting the water pipes and gas pipes of system, to make the system have a better sealability and more reasonable. Added some equipments such as a flue gas analyzer to complete the the gas component test systems. According to the experimental requirement, the control system of the CCD test bench was designed.4,Carried out performance experiment of closed cycle diesel engine using the simulation results as a reference. Qualitative analyze causes of the differeces whice were got from comparation the load characteristic of open type with the one of closed type. Analyzed the influence caused by the flow of the argon gas and carbon dioxide concentration working on the performance of closed cycle diesel engine. After analyzing the components of inlet air and their concentrations, discussed the sourses of all kinds of gas.5,Presented a complete proposal what can control inlet specific heat and intake pressure of the closed cycle system. And then writed the control program.The paper built the first multi-cylinder CCD test bench which had perfect functions. In the closed cycle state, it could achieve long-term stable operation with enough gas. And the first-hand data gained from experiment, it would have important significance for further research on the closed cycle diesel engine system.
