The Whole Process Cost Control Of Engineering Project Based On BIM

With the rapid development of the construction industry,the construction of information technology is now the development of the construction industry and the mainstream direction in the construction industry,the direct cost of similar circumstances,in order to obtain strong competitiveness,cost management is one of the key scientific and efficient way.The old cost management methods no longer meet the current development trend of the construction industry.Since 2011,the country has begun to support the development of BIM technology.According to the present situation of cost control in our country,we put forward the cost control based on BIM technology.Therefore,this paper focuses on the application of BIM technology in the whole process of project construction,and the impact of BIM on cost in the process.From the decision-making stage until the completion of acceptance and maintenance stage,cost control through which,in the decision-making stage by BIM model rapid calculation of the economic index of the program to help investors to make decisions;in the design stage,by modifying the optimization scheme of BIM technology better,meet the requirements of investors,as far as possible to improve the construction plans,avoid the construction process the changes and rework;quickly get the bidding or bidding control price bidding,shorten the bidding time;the construction process by using BIM technology,through the simulation construction,strengthen the construction quality cost control,schedule and actual progress through comparison,to correct the deviation of cost control,BIM technology will all cost information integration,three count comparison is conducive to cost control;the completed stage,BIM data storage management model to help the management personnel.Preparation of engineering information,so that final accounts completed smoothly and accurately.By reading a lot of information related reports and documents,on the basis of existing research results,this paper expounds the characteristics of first step cost control theory and BIM technology and related software,secondly analyzed in each stage of project construction is facing cost control problems,then the introduction of BIM technology application and research of various facilities and benefits the application of BIM technology in the project construction can bring the cost of control,and a project in Hengyang city as a case,this paper tries to analyze the construction project in the whole process of cost control,how to use BIM,and the application of BIM in the play the role of cost control.In the process of demonstration,we found that BIM technology has great potential and great potential in cost control.By reading a lot of information reported and the related literature,through theoretical and empirical methods,based on existing research results,this paper expounds the characteristics of first step cost control theory and BIM technology and related software,secondly analyzed in each stage of project construction is facing cost control problems,then the introduction of BIM application the study on the convenience and benefits the application of BIM technology in the project construction can bring the cost of control,and a project in Hengyang city as an example,analysis of the construction project in the whole process of cost control,how to use BIM,and the application of BIM in the play the role of cost control.It proves that it is scientific and effective to use BIM technology in cost control to meet the development trend of construction informatization.The research results of this paper play a significant role in the cost control of engineering projects,and have certain practical significance.
