Based On The Process Of The Construction Project Cost Control Of BIM Research

In project management, cost, schedule, and quality are the three aspects of both, cost management is project management is an important factor.In this paper, the project cost control of construction experience, from engineering construction project cost control in the contents of the start detailed project cost control measures, and from the project construction project cost control and management point of view of a detailed analysis of the project cost control methods and improvements in order to achieve the overall objective of the project cost control. This study is also favorable to the further development of China’s construction career to some extent.Through empirical case studies, this paper from the establishment of the information model simulation project practice, the use of engineering economics theory, based on the construction schedule of the Contractor’s bidding projects, analysis and determine the Contractor’s profit in the successful implementation of the project, improve the level of project management.
